We named our church: We Are Church. This was to emphasize that we don’t see church as a place we attend, rather it is our identity. We are a group of people, saved by the blood of Christ, seeking to live as a family. We pursue the love, power, and sacrifice that marked the New Testament followers.
We are led by volunteer pastors, and we meet in homes. This enables us to use all donations to care for the poor and to spread the gospel to those who have never heard of Jesus. While we are far from perfect, we are pursuing the promises laid out in God’s Word. We believe that we can have perfect unity (John 17:21-23), supernatural power (1 Cor 12:7), and involve each member in making disciples of every nation (Matt 28:18-20).
